How desktop sharing works with BeamYourScreen

How BeamYourScreen works

Starting a BeamYourScreen session takes less than a minute.

  1. The session organizer and all participants are currently talking over the phone.
  2. The session organizer starts a BeamYourScreen session, automatically obtains a 9-digit session ID from the BeamYourScreen server and communicates the session ID to all participants.
  3. Session participants connect via a website and enter the 9-digit session ID in the respective window when prompted. Participants never install software neither do they have to change the settings of their firewall.
  4. The connection is then established and the organizer’s computer screen will be transmitted. The online session begins.
